How are my items shipped?
Items are shipped via USPS Priority shipping and arrives in 1-3 business days after drop off.
Smaller items may be shipped First Class and arrive in 1-2 business days.
Damaged item?
If your pieces arrive damaged, please email me right away with pictures of the box condition and the broken piece. We can discuss further options
Lost item?
Couture Chic LLC is not responsible for missing packages. The customer will be directed to file a claim with USPS.
Tracking numbers alert me to delivery at your address, I have no way to track what happens after the package is delivered.
What kind of epoxy resin are you using?
Primary resin is ZDSpoxy and is FDA approved for food contact the company has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification, all products of the company have passed, SGS, RoHS environmental testing report.
Cleaning Instructions
Clean up is a breeze!
Use a wet wipe to moisten the piece and then immediately wipe away with a dry cloth to prevent ugly streaks.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is normally 3-4 weeks. During wedding and holiday season turn around times can start at 6 weeks. Floral preservation and casting can take 8-12 weeks. Preserving the flowers takes at least 21 days. We have multiple orders processing at the same time, we appreciate your patience and understanding!
